Our Home

Thank you for coming to this website to learn more about our house! There are tons of pictures and all of the rooms are described as best as possible. I have even included all the paint colors in the house so you can match them if necessary. This is a great 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and offers many upgrades and features! When the grass begins to green and the flowers are blooming, I will post more outside pictures. Kitchen

The kitchen was just updated with new cabinets, granite countertops, new floors, updated faucet and 2 new stainless steel appliances - a gas stove and a microwave. It is open to the dining room and the family room. It offers tons of storage with most cabinets having drawers instead of doors. The drawers fully extend to make it easy to reach things in the back. Also, all the drawers and doors have a quiet closing mechanism that eliminate slamming them shut. In addition to the regular pantry, there is also a tall pantry cabinet that offers a large amount of storage plus 2 large drawers on the bottom. The kitchen also has a raised bar countertop that is also accessible from the family room. You must see this kitchen in action - it functions very well! Half Bath

The downstairs half bath is located just off the main hallway. It is updated with a new faucet and matching towel holders. It also just got new floors. It is painted Dockside Blue by Sherwin Williams.

Office

The office is a large room that has so much potential. Since it has easy access to the foyer, it could stay an office or it could become an extra living room. Since it has access to the kitchen, it could be a formal dining room. The room has brand new floors, an updated ceiling fan and brand new paint. There are 2 windows that provide lots of morning light. The room is painted Smooth Pebble by Valspar which is sold from Lowe's.

Family Room

The family room fills with natural light from a wall of windows. It also has a beautiful fireplace and an updated ceiling fan and light. The floor plan is great for entertaining because this room is open to the kitchen and the dining area. It also has a door to the attached garage. It has light, neutral berber carpet and the walls are painted Beach House by Sherwin Williams.

Dining Room

The dining room/breakfast area has lots of natural light and a beautiful, modern chandelier. It is open to the family room and kitchen. It is painted Beach House by Sherwin Williams.

Master Bedroom

The Master Bedroom has two closets - one is a walk in closet and the other is filled with shelves that are perfect for sweaters, shoes and other storage. The bedroom has two windows and a door that leads out to a covered deck overlooking the front yard. There is a light out on the deck and it is the perfect place to relax and lounge. The bedroom is painted Beach House by Sherwin Williams.

Master Bathroom

The master bathroom has a large vanity with two sinks. It has a separate tub and shower. The large window over the tub has a woven wood roller shade. Both faucets have been upgraded and there are matching towel bars and toilet paper holder. The bathroom was just painted Tradewind by Sherwin Williams.

Bedroom 2

Bedroom 2 is the larger of the secondary bedrooms. There is a window, large closet and access to the jack & jill bathroom. The room is painted Azalea Flower by Sherwin Williams.

Bedroom 3

Bedroom 3 has one window, a large closet and access to the jack & jill bath. It is painted Blissful Blue by Sherwin Williams.

Jack & Jill Bath

The jack & jill bath is conveniently located between bedrooms 2 and 3. There is a large vanity with one sink that has an upgraded faucet. The bathtub is a tub/shower combo. A small window lets in lots of sunlight.
